Our compliance commitment
The audit only reads and analyses your data — nothing is posted, changed or disputed without your explicit approval. Any actions we recommend stay within marketplace and platform policies: legitimate disputes, operational fixes and compliant review-generation. We will never recommend buying or fabricating reviews, and we'll tell you plainly if a vendor has been doing that on your account.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do I receive at the end of the audit?
A written report covering: your rating and review-velocity benchmark vs category leaders, a risk register of policy-violating or suspicious reviews, the operational issues causing negative feedback, and a prioritised 30–90 day action plan. We walk you through it on a call.
Which platforms does the audit cover?
Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Google Business Profile as standard — plus your own website reviews if you run a D2C store. If you sell on other platforms, tell us and we'll include them where data is accessible.
Is the audit a sales pitch for your other services?
No. The report stands on its own — you can execute the action plan yourself, with your team, or with us. Around a third of audit clients handle the fixes in-house. Either way you keep the full report.
