UK-aligned working hours · Pricing in GBP · Monthly reporting · No long-term lock-in

Growth you can measure, from a team that works your hours

Most UK businesses do not have a traffic problem. They have a clarity problem: unclear tracking, scattered channels and reports that cannot answer a simple question: what did we spend, and what did we get back? Peak Marketing fixes that. We audit what you have, build a plan around your margins and targets, and run SEO, paid media and marketplace activity as one connected programme. Established in 2021, we serve UK brands, e-commerce stores and service businesses remotely from India with a team schedule that overlaps your working day.

Why UK businesses choose Peak Marketing

Plans tied to your margins

We begin with your profit and lead-value numbers, not a generic package. Targets are agreed in writing before any spend begins.

One team across channels

SEO, paid media and marketplace activity are planned together, so channels reinforce each other instead of competing for credit.

UK-aligned hours

Our UK account team works a shift that overlaps your business day, so approvals, questions and urgent changes get handled the same day.

Reporting you can use

Plain-English monthly reports in pounds sterling, with a live dashboard. We show what worked, what did not and what happens next.

Privacy-conscious by design

Tracking, analytics and advertising pixels are set up around UK GDPR and PECR consent requirements, with data-processing terms available on request.

Specialists, not generalists

Your campaigns are run by specialists in each channel, coordinated by one account lead who owns the relationship and the results.

How an engagement works

  1. 1

    Discovery and audit (week 1)

A structured call and a review of your site, tracking, ad accounts, search visibility or marketplace account. You receive a written summary of the biggest opportunities and risks.

  2. 2

    Strategy and plan (weeks 1–2)

A 90-day plan covering channels, budget allocation, targets, tracking requirements and timelines. Fixed monthly fees are agreed before work starts.

  3. 3

    Set-up and launch (weeks 2–4)

Analytics and consent set-up, campaign builds, technical fixes and creative or content production, then a controlled launch.

  4. 4

    Optimise (monthly rhythm)

Weekly optimisation, a monthly report and a review call at a time that suits your team.

  5. 5

    Scale

Once the data shows what works, we increase investment in winning channels and retire what is not performing.

How we approach UK projects

Three examples of how we typically structure work. These are illustrative engagements that show our method, not client results.

Illustrative engagement

Scaling a UK D2C brand on Shopify

Typical situation: Paid traffic is growing but profit is not. Tracking is inconsistent and one channel carries most of the revenue.

Our approach:

  • Audit GA4, tag set-up and attribution so reported revenue can be trusted
  • Clean the product feed and restructure Shopping and Performance Max campaigns around margin
  • Improve product-page conversion with a prioritised test roadmap
  • Build retargeting and email capture to lift repeat purchase

What we track: Blended customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, conversion rate, revenue per session, repeat purchase rate.

Illustrative engagement

Generating qualified leads for a multi-location service business

Typical situation: Plenty of enquiries, but many are poor fit, and local visibility varies by branch.

Our approach:

  • Optimise Google Business Profiles and build location pages with unique local content
  • Restructure Search campaigns by service and location, with strict negative keywords
  • Add call tracking and form tracking to see which enquiries become bookings
  • Feed offline conversion data back to Google Ads so bidding favours quality

What we track: Cost per qualified lead, calls, booked appointments, local pack visibility.

Illustrative engagement

Growing profitably on Amazon.co.uk

Typical situation: Sales are flat, advertising spend is rising and listings are not converting.

Our approach:

  • Rework titles, bullets, images and A+ Content around real search demand
  • Restructure Amazon PPC into auto, manual and brand campaigns with a keyword-harvesting routine
  • Monitor account health, policy notices and Buy Box ownership
  • Align pricing and promotions with inventory

What we track: ACoS and TACoS, organic ranking, conversion rate, Buy Box share, account health.

Reporting that answers the questions your board asks

Every client receives the same clear structure each month.

  • Executive summary: spend, return and the headline movement versus last month
  • Channel performance in pounds: what each channel cost and delivered
  • Wins, issues and learnings, in plain English
  • Next 30 days: priorities, tests and any decisions we need from you
  • Live dashboard access (Looker Studio) between reports

UK digital marketing FAQs

Do you work with UK businesses from India?

Yes. Our team is based in India and works remotely with UK clients. We schedule calls during UK business hours and communicate by email, video call and shared project tools.

What hours do you work, and when can we speak?

India Standard Time is five and a half hours ahead of UK winter time and four and a half hours ahead of UK summer time. Our UK account team works a shift that overlaps the UK working day, so calls and approvals happen the same day.

How much does it cost?

Engagements start from £1,200 per month, depending on channels and scope. After your free audit you receive a fixed monthly price in GBP before any work begins.

Do you charge VAT?

Fees are quoted exclusive of UK VAT. Where VAT applies to your engagement, it is added to the invoice.

Are there long contracts?

No long-term lock-in. After the initial set-up period, engagements run month to month with 30 days' notice.

How will I know it is working?

We agree target metrics with you at the start and report on them every month in pounds: spend, leads or revenue, cost per result and next steps. You also get dashboard access between reports.

How do you handle data protection and cookie consent?

Tracking, analytics and advertising pixels are configured around UK GDPR and PECR consent requirements. Data-processing terms are available on request.

How long does SEO take to show results?

Most SEO programmes show meaningful movement in three to six months, and longer in competitive sectors. Paid media can generate enquiries within weeks, so many clients combine the two.

Can you work with our in-house team or agency?

Yes. We work alongside in-house marketers and also provide white-label SEO, PPC and reporting for UK agencies.

Can you manage our Amazon UK account?

Yes. We manage listings, A+ Content, advertising and account health for sellers on Amazon.co.uk.
